Sacrament of Baptism-
El Bautismo es el primer sacramento de la Iglesia Católica y la puerta que nos introduce a la vida cristiana. Por medio de este sacramento, somos liberados del pecado original, renacemos como hijos de Dios y nos incorporamos a la Iglesia, el Cuerpo de Cristo.
A través del agua y la acción del Espíritu Santo, el Bautismo nos concede una vida nueva en Cristo, nos llena de su gracia y nos llama a vivir como discípulos, siguiendo su ejemplo de amor, fe y servicio.
Sagrada Escritura:
“Vayan, pues, y hagan discípulos a todas las naciones, bautizándolos en el nombre del Padre, y del Hijo y del Espíritu Santo.”(Mateo 28:19)
Catecismo de la Iglesia Católica:
“El santo Bautismo es el fundamento de toda la vida cristiana, el pórtico de la vida en el Espíritu.” (CIC 1213)El Bautismo no solo marca el inicio de nuestra vida en la fe, sino que también nos une a una comunidad viva: la Iglesia. Es un don gratuito de Dios que nos acompaña toda la vida y nos invita a crecer en santidad.
En nuestra parroquia, nos alegra acompañar a las familias en este paso tan importante, preparando con amor a padres y padrinos para vivir plenamente este hermoso sacramento.

It is a free gift from God that remains with us throughout our lives and invites us to grow in holiness.
In our parish, we are honored to walk with families in this important step, lovingly preparing parents and godparents to fully embrace this beautiful sacrament.
